Last updated: September 2026

Who we are

Lekker Creative is a small design and web studio based in Zandvoort, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 97826456. Our website address is https://lekkercreative.nl. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lekker Creative. We are responsible for processing the personal data described below.

What personal data we collect

When you fill in the contact form on our website, we receive your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in and your message. We use this information only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services.

When you visit our website, our hosting and security software may automatically log technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This is used to keep the website secure and running smoothly.

Why we process your data

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (when you contact us), to take steps before entering into an agreement with you, to perform an agreement, to meet legal obligations such as keeping financial records, and for our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them, and no longer than two years if no agreement follows. If you become a client, we keep project and invoice records for seven years, as required by Dutch tax law.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses functional cookies that are needed for the site to work properly, for example for security and performance. We may use Google services such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console to understand how our website is used and to improve it. Where analytics cookies require your consent, we only place them after you have given it.

Sharing your data

We never sell your personal data. We only share it with parties that help us run our business, such as our website hosting provider, email provider and Google, and only as far as needed. These parties process data on our behalf and are bound to keep it safe. Some of them may process data outside the EU, in which case appropriate safeguards are in place.

Embedded content and links

Our website may link to other websites, such as our clients’ websites or social media. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, so please read their privacy policies.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss and unauthorised access, including a secure (HTTPS) connection, security software and regular updates.

Your rights

Under the GDPR (AVG) you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to withdraw your consent and to receive your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us via our contact page. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
